- Security deposit equals one month's rent
- Pets allowed on a case by case basis, pet deposit is additional

- 12 or 18 month leases ending in May, July or December
One bedroom- $540-590 per month,
Two bedroom - $640-690 per month
**Each adult occupant is charged an additional utility fee of $50 per month (covers water, trash & sewer)
